Farfalle Pasta – fully cooked
Feta Cheese Crumbles
Green Olives Stuffed with Garlic
Prepare pasta al dente, drain and place back into hot pot. Put in feta crumbles and chopped olives. Stir until pasta is coated with cheese. Eat.
I added Chorizo Sausage to this batch. As for how much of each, you be the judge. I make about 8 oz of pasta. That way we have left-overs for lunch. You can also use regular green olives. But I love olives stuffed with garlic. I can get two great things in one round. If you don’t have them, you can just add garlic separately.
