In response to the Daily Prompt: Bloggers, Unplugged
Sometimes, we all need a break from these little glowing boxes. How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
Photographers, artists, poets: show us UNPLUGGED.
I don’t unplug very often. When I do I realize just how much time I’ve wasted staring at a screen. It used to be the TV. Now it’s the computer. I’m thinking I should unplug more often. Maybe I should challenge myself to limit my computer / tv time each day. Of course, I can’t unplug at work. My job revolves around the computer. But I can certainly unplug at night. So, I issue a challenge to myself. No more than 1 hour on the computer outside of work on weeknights. We’ll see how that works out.
When I’m on vacation, it’s easy to be unplugged. Especially when this is the view.
