6:00AM: the best hour of the day, or too close to your 3:00AM bedtime?

I am a morning person at heart. I wake up at 5:30 or 6:00 am to go to work during the week. I don’t have to do this. My boss doesn’t care if I get there at 7:00 or 10:00, as long as the work gets done. But I love being up early. The world is quiet and easy to get along with. Some days, I drive to work with the moon in front of me and the sunrise in my rearview mirror. It’s a spectacular sight. Of course, as winter closes I won’t see the sunrise until long after I’ve made it to work. The good news is, I now have a window seat for the waking of the day.
