I missed most of the week of “G”. And am on my way to missing the week of “H”. But here are some photos of Ground Cherries. I love the way the husks draw the light in and show off the great texture. They have the delicacy of wings. Ground Cherries are part of the nightshade family. These have a sweet taste. They can be used as sweet or savory.
