I recently went on a two week trip to Central Europe. First stop, Budapest. This batch of photos is mostly of the Great Market Hall, the oldest and largest indoor market in Budapest, Hungary. The building itself was awe inspiring with its large windows, creating bright hot spots. It has a very gothic feel with its high ceilings and arched ironwork. I may have taken too many pictures there or maybe not enough. The shops and vendors had everything from seafood to furs. There are several cafes and small restaurants located in the market. Packed from bottom to top with everything you might want to buy, it’s 3 stories of Hungarian goodness.
