Ginger Green Tea
2 rosemary stems
fresh mint
5 green tea bags
1 lemon ginger tea bag
Boil water. Place the tea bags into a pitcher. Pour hot water over tea bags. Steep for around 10 – 15 minutes. That will make a very strong tea. Remove tea bags. Place rosemary and mint into pitcher. You can leave it in, I do. Or take it out after about 15 minutes. I let it sit on the counter while it cools off. If you place it in the fridge while it’s too hot, it can break the pitcher (if it’s glass). My husband adds water when he makes a glass of this tea, that helps keep it from being too strong. I do not like sweet tea, so I do not add any sweetner, but you can add a little honey while it’s hot.
