Low Carb Sausage Balls

This recipe is for low carb sausage balls using the air fryer. I like spicy foods, so I used hot Italian sausage. You can use mild if you prefer. You can also use breakfast sausage. keto sausage balls

 

1 cup Almond Flour

16 oz. Hot Italian Sausage (mild if you prefer)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 egg

 

Crack the egg in a bowl, use a fork to whip the egg a bit. Mix flour, cheese, and egg in a bowl. Mix in sausage thoroughly. Create 1″ balls and place in fryer basket. Cook for 10 -15 minutes on 350.

Since these are made with almond flour, they are lower in carbs than other versions.
